10 of our runners had their best time for the year so far! top place in a race was Michelle Nocitra finishing 21st.
1 week until CYO Champs (top 15 in each race medal) and then for 9 of our runners the regional meet in Delaware

Regional Championships at Killens Pond State Park in Felton, Delaware - Sunday November 7th, 2010
Michelle Nocitra and Luke Lee qualified for the National Championship meet in Lexington, Ky. on November 20th.
Way to go!!! Everybody ran great and most had their best times of the season.
