As you can see from the results above in the grid, everyone ran at least 45 seconds better than their best time of
the year!!!! Matthew Gordon 7th place in his race! 2 weeks until champs on the 25th, everyone runs at this meet.

Meet #6 CYO Champs 10-25-2009
Course conditions were terrible! Our times were slightly off from our best times of the year, pretty good for the
condition of the course. Matthew Gordon medaled with an eighth place finish! 3 weeks to go until Regionals!

Meet #7 AAU Regionals at Pennllyn Park 11-14-2009
Flat course but muddy! Same Distances as Belmont. All 3 of runners had best times for the year, wrapping up a
great 1st season!
